maWebcenters review

I will start off with this MA Webcenters review by saying that MAWebcenters, a division  of Market America which is huge, and has been in business world  wide and profitable for 15 years can’t be all that bad. But I did have to do my due diligence to find out about the company I may be representing long term and exposing valued clients to.
I come from a background of business ownership, sales, customer support, and working with business owners in many ways. I have always believed in providing the best when it comes to my customers. In fact, when I lived in Phoenix I turned down a sales position for a large pool company because I would have been required to turn over my new sales to the project manager, and I was never to talk to the customer again. This was after I would have been required to promise them a completion time that was not realistic.
I have  owned several businesses over the years and have had very satisfied customers and enjoyed doing whatever it took to make sure they were happy with my services.
I have been with maWebcenters for over a year and this is what I have found to be true as I carefully researched and paid close attention to the products and customer service.
Their solution is a surefire way for small to medium sized businesses to take advantage of a web presence while being in control and not being charged an arm and a leg. From what I can tell, there were issues years ago while the division was under different management and maybe still working out some bugs. This happens to all growing companies. For example, while living in Scottsdale AZ I worked for possibly the largest domain registrar. I can’t mention the name but it should not be hard to figure out. The company was well established and growing rapidly. The products were high quality and the US based support was great. If the support reps didn’t know the answer to a question we had advanced hosting and support reps right there to help out, all while still on the phone with the customer. I became a customer of this company then and still am a satisfied customer to this day. We did all we could to make everyone happy. I was even one of the top sales people for custom web design when they started that division. The worst thing I remember was that the new custom web design people were overwhelmed as they got going with the program.
So, why then did we still get people calling in complaining and threatening to the point that they were tracked down and arrested? I never did figure that out. We actually had a woman call in complaining, only to find out she wasn’t a customer at all. She just knew we had to listen and could not hang up. She wasn’t even complaining about us or our services. I guess there are just people who enjoy doing that type of thing.
As for MA Webcenters, I have used the product, called for support many times, used chat support, and I have gotten to know several of the key people over the phone, in person at conventions, and through social media groups. They all seem like people of integrity and they have all been with the company for quite a while.
The platform is very user friendly and has all one would need to market their business online. There are many pre-made sites to choose from which, unlike templates, can be customized quickly. All of this can be done with the help of support either by chat or phone. Custom design is also available for a very reasonable cost. I have always received help for my issues, although during high peak times I have selected to have them call me back and did not lose my place in line. If they were not able to help me they would submit a case to the programmers who would get back to me when it was figured out. I will say that these situations rarely happen.
This application allows business owners to take control of their online marketing efforts without being at the mercy of a web designer. It sounds hard and time consuming but it’s actually easier than getting information to a designer and waiting for it to be updated. The sites can initially be custom designed by the design center and search engine optimization can be handled by the SEO team if desired. Tech support helps with updates, social media etc.. and I personally get involved with my clients to make sure their site is promoted well.  Best of all, they are constantly updating and adding new features. Last week responsive designs were added. This allows the site to be adjusted for all devices which is very important. Mobile sites are still part of the plan and included. Next week we should be seeing the integrated Word Press blog feature up and running. This will allow users to access their blog dashboard from their site admin area. Not to mention email marketing, calendar scheduling for businesses that have regular clients who like to book online, SEO tools, analytics, social media update options, and so much more. Best of all, there is no contract. Service is month to month and if a client leaves, they keep the site.
To sum it up, I use this product personally and am a representative who works directly with clients to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I enjoy meeting with prospective clients in person locally, but it’s nice to have a platform that allows me and the team to work with those across the nation and other countries as well. I have a background in online marketing, customer service and tech support which enables me to add value to the relationships established. After a year and a half of research and experience, I feel that the MA Webcenter program and the parent company are solid and constantly adapting to the times.
